Header issues - rendering incorrectly

Is anyone else having isses with headers?
Since the outage, I've noticed Newtork Designer isn't functioning
correctly.
I wanted to add a seasonal header to my (premium) site and uploaded
a new graphic, the same type and dimensions as my existing header,
which was set at full width.
The network designer preview went pretty wrong and I foolishly
pressed the save button and went to have a look at my site - the
new header started to display at full width, then displayed again
at page width, then repeated under these two - and looked pretty
bad.
I immediately re-uploaded the original header and it displayed
incorrectly too.
I put up the seasonal one again and left it there.
Bunch of e-mails to support and it was "fixed" - only they'd set it
to page width instead. I saw a repeat under it, so knew it wasn't
fixed and reset it to full width again. Same problem.
I've set it back to page width again as it looks slightly less like
a badly broken site until this is fixed.
Sent off another email and support seems to have forgotten previous
correspondance and thinks I must be using an old browser.
I've tried in Firefox, ie8, ie7, ie6, chrome, aol - same result in
each, so I'm assuming the error is in th code generated by the
Network Designer.
So if anyone else has tried updating their header since the outage,
I'd be keen to hear how you've got on.
Cheers
Al
p.s: another site i'm trialing with social go is working fine,
using the same header...

The image your using is way to wide. The default width of the
header is 985px.
