Hello all,
Today a portion of SocialGO networks where offline due to a hardware failure on one of our core systems. We are investigating the root cause of the issue and are taking steps to ensure it does not happen again.
The development team is making good progress getting the chat, FaceBook and various other widgets ready for launch in the next few releases.

Dear Alex, Do you have plan to support Chinese?
I sent you an email about this issue Tuesday but have not heard back. we are still down and have no info on when our content, graphics and admin center will be back up.
Hey Guys, The networks which where affected are now back online. Any further issues, please let me know at alex@socialgo.com. We are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again and will post a full update shortly.
Our site is also still down my main concern is can you reassure us that you still have our data? As down time is bad but starting over from scratch would be worse.
