There are three ways to receive support for the SocialGO software:

  • For assistance with bugs, or site-specific enquiries, please e-mail support@socialgo.com. Please always include your network URL, an in-depth description of the problem/query, and where appropriate a screenshot. These details will be invaluable to us helping you more quickly and effectively.

  • For general questions, such as "How do I edit x" or "How can I do y", or to suggest future developments of the SocialGO software, please use the SocialGO GetSatisfaction
